Our Story
Fashion on the Road (FOTR) Africa is a pioneering initiative that celebrates the rich cultural heritage and fashion of Africa. Founded with a passion for promoting local talent and sustainable practices, we have become a platform for showcasing authentic African designs to the world.
Our journey began with the inaugural Fashion on the Road Cultural Golf Tournament in Kenya, which brought together stakeholders in the fashion industry, buyers, and the business community to have meaningful conversations about the growth of Africa's creative economy.
Today, FOTR Africa continues to empower women, people with disabilities, and youth through our initiatives in value addition processes and the creation of "Made in Africa" fashion products. We believe in the power of fashion to tell stories, preserve heritage, and create sustainable livelihoods.
