Shipping Information

At FOTR Africa, we strive to deliver your products in the most efficient and secure manner. We ship worldwide and offer various shipping options to meet your needs.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please Note: Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during the checkout process.

Free Shipping

Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. This applies to standard shipping only and is available for customers in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Burundi. International customers may occasionally qualify for free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your account to view the status of your order. If you have any issues tracking your package, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use the following carriers for our deliveries:

  • Kenya: Sendy, G4S
  • East Africa: DHL, FedEx
  • International: DHL, FedEx, UPS

International Shipping

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes when the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. FOTR Africa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

Additionally, international orders may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures that are beyond our control.

Frequently Asked Shipping Questions

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can only change the shipping address if the order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

What happens if I'm not available to receive my package?

The carrier will typically attempt delivery up to three times. After the third attempt, the package will be held at the local carrier facility for pickup or returned to us. You'll receive notifications from the carrier about delivery attempts and options.

Do you offer expedited shipping for all products?

Expedited shipping is available for most in-stock items. However, custom-made or pre-order items may not be eligible for expedited shipping due to their production timelines.

My tracking information hasn't updated. What should I do?

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your shipment is processed. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact our customer service team, and we'll investigate the status of your package.
